Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and provided all the comforts needed for a restful night. With three separate buildings and three closets, we had plenty of space for our belongings. The junior deluxe suite exceeded our expectations, and the abundance of thick, fluffy towels in the bathroom was a nice touch. The service, from the concierge staff to the various departments like room service and housekeeping, was top-notch, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was exquisite, exuding British Colonial elegance and charm with stunning views of Table Mountain. The dining options were diverse and indulgent, set in a lovely environment. Overall, my experience was superb, although there were some minor aspects that could be improved.
The hotel offers luxurious details and attentive service while being set in the peaceful gardens district, providing a perfect retreat in Cape Town. However, the lack of spectacular views from the rooms and limited dining options could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were beautifully decorated with luxury and comfort in mind, offering superb views of Table Mountain from both the lounge and the bedroom. The service was exceptional, with a few hiccups during check-in but overall fantastic attention to detail from the staff. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to many parts of Cape Town, and the dining experience was superb with a wide selection of delicious food. The facilities provided added great value to my stay, making it truly memorable.
